Awareify – Terms of Service

1. By visiting our platform https://www.awareify.com, you are hereby agreeing to be bound by the following terms of service.
2. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website. By using the Website and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you aren’t, you should leave the website with immediate effect. The materials contained in this website are protected by intellectual property, trademark and copyright laws in all applicable laws, jurisdictions and regulations. By continuing to use our service, you agree that you are acting compliant with our terms of service.
3. These terms terms of service are applied between you (the user/client) of Awareify (the Consulting Company) and www.awareify.com (the Website) (including any sub-domains, unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions)
4. Awareify’s T&C (terms and conditions) could be subject to change in the future and updated as such. By using Awareify’s services, you accept any new or modified terms and accept the responsibility to seek renewed versions of Awareify’s T&C, prior to any financial commitment, use of product or service.

Awareify – Acknowledgement Type of Services provided

1. Awareify is an education platform and consulting firm that provides products and services through courses and mentorship to individuals, SME’s, corporates and business in the domain of Technical Analysis and claims no responsibility for any information contained, distributed, or interpreted during client sessions. In no event can Awareify be held liable for any damages (monetary or non-monetary) resulting from purchase of products or services.
2. You acknowledge that any advice from Awareify regarding potential investments, risk management, pertaining to Cryptocurrencies and other Financial Assets, that include but are not limited to: stocks, metals, commodities and FX from Awareify is solely provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. Any investments or trades placed which occur upon reliance on Awareify are taken at your own risk. 
3. The information on the Awareify platform is again, educational in nature and is designed to contribute to your overall understanding of technical analysis applied to financial markets. 
4. The source of the information is a combination of opinion backed by statistical analysis, that can include, but that is not limited to financial data and/or independent research. None of the information provided by Awareify can ever be affiliated with that of a corporation. 
5. Nor is the information found on the Awareify platform ever intended as securities, brokerage, investment, tax, accounting or any type of licensed financial or legal advice. Nor can and should the client or user ever request Awareify handling of any type of funds or trades on their behalf.  
6. Finally, you acknowledge the general inherent risks to investing and trading in a highly speculative industry, especially pertaining to Cryptocurrencies. You fully acknowledge that trading and Cryptocurrencies and Stocks may not be suitable for everyone. Before committing to any type of decision, you acknowledge taking full responsibility for conducting your own investment research and decisions, thereby taking full responsibility for any failures and full credit for any successes derived from said decisions. 

Awareify – Intellectual Property and Use of Products and Services

1. All material published on the platform of Awareify, is the property of Awareify, unless mentioned otherwise. These include but are not limited to text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, TA, market analysis, page layout, underlying code and any other form of information capable of storing data on the world wide web. By continuing to use Awareify’s content, products or services, you acknowledge that its material is protected by copyright, trademarks, and IP rights. Nothing visible on the Awaireify website, which includes but is not limited to licenses, education content, courses, any trademark or logo can ever be used without the owner’s prior written permission. Failure to do so could result in legal charges pressed against the illicit actor. The official channel to request permission is by mail by contacting info@awareify.com

Purchase agreement / End User License Agreement: 

1. As client/customer, upon purchase of any products or services from Awareify, you, as End User, agree to not rent, resell, lease out or distribute without permission, any premium content that is available only purchase on the Awareify platform, or 3rd party service providers. Doing so could result in legal consequences. 
2. As such, you are also not permitted to reproduce, modify or copy any of Awareify’s commercial content for your own commercial purposes without asking written consent and permission from Awareify. Violating this will result in immediate legal charges applied through local laws and regulations.
3. If Awareify suspects under reasonable doubt, you as client/customer, to be in violation of said terms, we may suspend or cancel services being rendered to you with immediate effect.
4. It is solely your responsibility for informing us upon any changes pertaining to your personal data or financial data used during registration for Awareify’s products or services, for the purpose of ensuring a reliable and effective transmission of data and communication between you as end user, and Awareify as service provider. 
5. Subscriptions pertaining to any type of free content, including but not limited to market videos, tutorials and newsletters can be cancelled at any time by the end user.

Awareify – Service Continuation exemptions

1. Awareify cannot be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from unsuspected, unforeseen and external causes outside the reasonable control of Awareify. These can include but are not limited to acts of war, natural disasters, electricity outages, riots, strikes, terrorism, military intervention, trade embargoes, travel bans, fire, floods, network infrastructure failures, global supply shortages,  transportation limitations, and similar events in nature.

Awareify – Governing Law

1. Awareify’s Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted according to the law of The Kingdom of The Netherlands.
2. Any future disputes arising under this Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch law.
